We grow seven types of Christmas trees on our Massachusetts family farm. Since we do not allow pre-tagging, you have the choice of any tree in the field when you come to cut your tree. We also have a variety of pre-cut Christmas trees available.
Fraser Fir: short, flat, dark green needles; excellent needle retention; fragrant "pine" scent
Canaan Fir: short green needles; very good needle retention; nice "pine" smell
Grand Fir: long, glossy needles; excellent needle retention; nice "citrus/pine" scent -very limited selection 2024
Concolor Fir: long, blue/green needles; excellent needle retention; fragrant "orange" smell
Blue Spruce: short, sharp, blue/green needles; good needle retention-very limited selection 2024
White Pine: long, soft, green needles; good needle retention; very full tree but best with lightweight ornaments; little or no fragrance
Scotch Pine: long green needles; good needle retention; fragrant "pine" scent; very limited selection for 2024
